August 31, 2011, Finally, the Library is almost complete. The Papal nuncio His Grace, Giuseppe Pinto DD arrived ahead of time. The ambassador to the Vatican Mercy Tuazon came just before the ceremonies started. Others who graced the occasion were the former ambassadors to the Vatican, Papal Awardees and friends of Don Bosco Center of Studies. Bishop Chito Tagle, as well as Fr. Arevalo, former members of the ITC were present. The Gustilo Family led by the matriarch Mrs. Otilia Gustilo saw to it the elevator for the new building and the school building would be in place. Fr. Eligio Cruz, provincial of the Salesian North Province led the other provincials from Vietnam, East Timor, and Myanmar and Indonesia.

Blessing started punctually at 5:00 pm and by 5:30 pm the whole event was finished. Dinner followed immediately with a short audio visual presentation about Don Bosco Center of Studies, prepared by the Social Communications office of the North Province, headed by Fr. Noel Osial SDB.
